“Groundwork” Program Package

Service Description

A 12-week, personal, virtual coaching series for 1 hour per week via telephone or zoom call. In these weekly sessions, we will utilize very specific tools to declutter your life and clear your path for more freedom and joy to be your best self. With a focus on four key areas of your life, such as relationships, physical environment, well-being, and finances; you will learn to identify and release old patterns and create space for newer, healthier patterns. We will also identify your core values, define boundaries, and create your vision for a better way forward. For a limited time, this program is offered at an introductory rate of $65 per call. When purchasing the complete 12-week package ($700 value at the introductory rate), we will give your first session free ($635 instead of $700).
