We meet you in your present moment and provide you with the tools and experience to resolve any unfinished business that you may be carrying. From anxiety, depression, grief, trauma (in all forms), relationship issues, parenting, burn-out, occupational struggles, or anything else you may be experiencing; I am honored to support you.

Sometimes, the most profound healing happens with no words at all. Horses have a way of seeing past the armor we carry, meeting us exactly where we are, and offering a quiet strength that says, 'You aren't alone.' If you’ve been holding it all inside, I invite you to step into a safe space with me and my horses.

A private 90-minute session ($150 value) focused on presence and healing. My horses and I meet you right where you are.

The Investment: Secure your time with a $45 non-refundable deposit.

The Value: After the session, you decide the final price based on the value you feel you have received.

There is no riding, no previous horse experience needed, and zero pressure to perform. This is simply a space for you to exhale while a 1,200-pound soul stands by your side.

For a limited time, to reach more people on their healing journey, I am offering a new client special. Remote phone sessions are offered at $75. Like our in-person sessions, phone sessions are a holistic, somatic approach, to supporting you in your healing. A private one-to-one session with me via telephone or zoom. I offer you a safe and confidential space to meet you in your present moment and provide you with the tools and experience to resolve any unfinished business that you may be carrying. From anxiety, depression, grief, trauma (in all forms), relationship issues, parenting, burn-out, occupational struggles, or anything else you may be experiencing; I am honored to support you.

A 12-week, personal, virtual coaching series for 1 hour per week via telephone or zoom call. In these weekly sessions, we will utilize very specific tools to declutter your life and clear your path for more freedom and joy to be your best self. With a focus on four key areas of your life, such as relationships, physical environment, well-being, and finances; you will learn to identify and release old patterns and create space for newer, healthier patterns. We will also identify your core values, define boundaries, and create your vision for a better way forward.

For a limited time, this program is offered at an introductory rate of $65 per call. When purchasing the complete 12-week package ($700 value at the introductory rate), we will give your first session free ($635 instead of $700).

As a mental health care provider or caretaker, your focus is always on supporting others. The Lightworker program is designed specifically for you- a confidential retreat where you get to be the focus. Sometimes it’s difficult to process your own experiences amongst peers. These sessions partner with the the intuitive wisdom of horses and Gestalt principles to provide a supportive, private space to explore your own well-being. This is an opportunity to practice presence, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with your personal “unified self” in a safe and grounded environment. These sessions are offered at a distinct flat rate to support those who spend their lives supporting others. Please reach out for more information.
